OVERVIEW

Thanks for using our products ("item", "items", "item(s)", "package") and services ("Services"). The Services are provided by Halo Moon LTD, located in County Armagh, Northern Ireland, United Kingdom. 

By using our Services You ("you", "your", "Customer", "Client") are agreeing to these Terms. Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the www.halomoonshop.com website operated by Halo Moon LTD ("us", "we", "our").

Our Services are very diverse, so sometimes additional Terms or product requirements (including age restrictions) may apply. Additional terms will be available with the relevant Services, and those additional terms become part of your agreement with us if you use those Services.

SHIPPING & CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

Dispatch confirmation is sent to the Customer when your package leaves us. At this point the item(s) are no longer a responsibility of Halo Moon LTD.

- Any tax, customs, and/or import duty fees must be paid by the Customer.

- Any item that becomes lost or damaged in transit is to be reported to the Shipping Company by the Customer. All compensation requests are to be handled by you and we will do our best to provide support where we can.

- Transit times are at the discretion of the Shipping Company, Halo Moon LTD is not liable for any changes and/or disruptions to your item(s) delivery after the package has been dispatched.

- In the event where the Customer has provided the wrong address or a package is/needs to be returned to us, the Customer is responsible for any further shipping and/or redelivery fees.

Please note the postage cost will not be refunded by us in any case.


REFUNDS AND RETURNS

We have a strict 'No Refund or Returns' policy on custom and/or 'Made to Order' items. If these items become damaged or lost in transit it is up to the Customer to contact the Shipping Company to arrange compensation as stated in the Terms above.

Any Refunds or Returns must be initiated by the Customer within 14 days on receiving the item(s). In order to initiate a Refund the Customer must contact us with a photograph of the received item(s) they wish to return within this 14 day grace period.

In the event that a Refund is accepted:

- The item(s) must be returned in re-sellable condition and in the original packaging.

- International returns must be declared as "Returning Unwanted Goods". The Customer is then responsible for any customs and/or import duties that may occur.

- The refund will not be processed until the original/re-sellable item(s) have been received by Halo Moon LTD.

- Any free gifts that are included in the Customers package must be returned with the other item(s).


PAYMENT, CLAIMS & CUSTOMS

The Halo Moon website uses PayPal Business as their gateway provider. PayPal have their own policies in which the Customer agrees to in creating a PayPal account.

Please note any custom or wholesale order may require a pre-payment or down-payment made by the Customer. Any down-payment for custom orders will not be refundable.

We reserve the right to decline any order we feel goes against our Terms. 

Any Claimed orders must be paid within 48 hours of the Customer being notified of its availability on www.halomoonshop.com, we reserve the right to cancel the order and re-list if the Customer fails to do so.

Any attempted purchase of a Claim or Custom that is not meant for you will be cancelled by us immediately.


INSTAGRAM & TiKToK

Interactions with @halo.moon_ on Instagram and TiKToK are to be taken at your own risk. While we don't store your information on these social media websites we can not control other users clicking on your profile and interacting/attempting to interact with you directly.

We pride ourselves on providing a safe space for our social media community/customers, thus we do reserve the right to remove any degrading, threatening and/or offensive posts from our profiles and content.


INJURY AND LOSS

You agree that your use, practice and/or misuse of our Products and Services are at your own risk.

Halo Moon LTD, our affiliates, suppliers, and employees will not be liable for any costs and/or damages that may result from the use of our Products and Services. This includes but is not limited to; injury, loss and/or damage of property and/or belongings, financial burden(s), and/or death.

Any customer using our Products and Services found to be under the age of 18 years old at the time of purchase does so under the agreement they have received parental/care-givers consent. You and/or the consent-giver are responsible for any outcome of use thereafter.
